Title: Sales engineer
Location: Kraków, Poland
Full-time position available.
Description:
We are currently seeking a software sales person who will also help customers understand our products and help to solve pre-sales support issues.
You should have a passion for helping users, and enjoy taking the time to provide customers with quality responses and follow-ups that ensure their satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a technical background and understands programming languages such as C/C++, C# and has a good grasp of overall programming concepts.
Responsibilities:

Generating new sales

Communicating with leads and working closely with them by email and phone to ensure their satisfaction

Helping with pre-sales support

Performing basic programming to help solve technical problems

Producing reproductions of customer problems to document flaws and defects

Working in both Windows and Linux to assist users in both environments
Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

3 years of knowledge in support and technical environment

3 years of technical sales experience

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
