Title: QA engineer
Location: Krakow, Poland
This is a full-time position.
Description:
We are currently seeking a software engineer who will provide technical support to our user community.
You should have a passion for helping users, and have strong analytical skills in order to understand and solve customer problems.
Responsibilities:

Communicating with users by email and phone to provide product support

Performing programming to help solve technical problems

Producing reproductions of customer problems to document flaws and defects

Working in both Windows and Linux to assist users in both environments

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

Programming experience using C++ and .NET

Experience in unittest writing (quality assurance is driven by unittests)

1 year of related experience

Fluency in both written and spoken English (primary) and a second language: German (preferred), French, or Spanish.

Description:
We are currently seeking a software sales person who will also help customers understand our products and help to solve pre-sales support issues.
You should have a passion for helping users, and enjoy taking the time to provide customers with quality responses and follow-ups that ensure their satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a technical background and understands programming languages such as C/C++, C# and has a good grasp of overall programming concepts.
